We accept referrals for complete dentures. Some practices have been sending us all their complete dentures for some years and we are happy to continue to provide this service.

We are pleased to help with your complete denture problems. Dr Andrew Shelley is a Registered Specialist in Prosthodontics and takes a special interest in difficult denture issues. We will make a full assessment of your patient’s dentures and denture history before planning appropriate treatment for them. Where there are limitations to what we can achieve with conventional prosthetics we will always discuss these in advance and suggest alternative approaches.
Some complete denture problems can only be resolved satisfactorily with dental implants.

Fees will vary depending on the individual case. We will always discuss options with your patient before beginning a course of treatment. We also provide all patients with a treatment plan which includes details of the treatment and the associated fees. We ask all patients to sign the treatment plan before we start any treatment.

We have produced a patient information leaflet which explains some details about denture problems, this can be downloaded and printed out. Please give a copy of this leaflet to your patient.

Please give the patient a referral letter and any radiographs etc to bring with them to their appointment. Alternatively send these items in the post.
